Cemetery

The City of Moulton Cemetery Department operates and maintains the Moulton Memorial Gardens.

CEMETERY LOT PRICES

Flat Section - $2000.00 (includes $1500.00 for grave
and $500.00 for opening and closing)

Upright Section - $2000.00 (includes $1500.00 for
grave and $500.00 for opening and closing)

Cremations – Requires the purchase of a
normal size lot, which will allow for
two cremations. The cost of two cremations
will be the same as one normal burial.

Twenty-five percent must be paid at time of purchase.
Graves will be sold in pairs. Single graves
will be sold in designated areas.

OPENING AND CLOSING COSTS

If you purchase your lots before February 1, 2006, the opening and closing costs were not included in the purchase of the graves.

Opening and Closing (Including Weekdays, Weekends, and Holidays) - $500.00

Cremation Opening Closing - $250.00

PROPERTY TRANSFERS

If cemetery property is being bought, sold or simply
transferred from one owner to another, a $25.00 transfer
fee is charged to cover the administrative cost of
researching, producing, and maintaining these records.
