Utility Bill Payments

Online Payments are now being accepted and you can also text to pay using the 1-855-695-4336 number.

We do accept credit cards in the office and online at a small fee of 3.70% or a $2.50 minimum. All Utility Bills are due on the 10th of each month by 4:30 p.m. If bill is not paid by 4:30 p.m. a 10% late fee is applied and bill including late fee must be paid no later than 4:30 p.m. on the 21st of each month.

If payment is not received in full by 4:30 on the 21st a $50.00 service fee will be added to all accounts with outstanding balances - also your services are due for cut-off at this time and will be cut off as workers are able. If outstanding balances are not paid by the 2nd in full the Utility Account will be finaled and services will not be reinstated until all past due balances are paid and new origination fees are paid.

Our city is a small town with a population of 3400 and centrally located between Florence and Cullman. Moulton was incorporated in 1819 and is the county seat of Lawrence County.

Located on the downtown square are antique stores, restaurants, specialty shops and our beautifully landscaped Courtyard Park. Also, located on Alabama Highway 157 is a Super Wal-Mart, many fast food restaurants, pharmacies and more locally owned restaurants.

Moulton is especially proud of our beautiful 18 hole Deer Run Golf Course, municipally owned and nestled at the foothills of Bankhead National Forest.
